showcase for global foliage / wind shader that works independently of rotation, of course, to emulate wind on foliage. (shader is only on trees which have their vertex'(vertices?) colored, the grass is a seperate shader that needs to adapt to its surroundings. The only logical way to do this comes in the way of noise or just generated textures or even premade drawn textures, again, to:
create terrain height and paint the terrain and foliage and place foliage in correct place... etc etc...) I am planning on sharing the shader when github stops asking me 2fa.
